Holli Miner

I started my career in real estate in 2008 in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota where my family and I lived for about a decade. In 2012 we decided we needed to be closer to family on the East Coast, so I happily replanted my Southern roots back in North Carolina. After a few years of learning the coastal area and earning the “Salt Life” sticker on the back of my car, I decided to get back into real estate and began my career here in 2015. I have throughly enjoyed meeting so many people and making so many new friends on this real estate journey… I live in Hampstead and absolutely love it here, and I am thrilled to be able to help so many others make this their home as well. I continually watch the nearby market so I can provide my clients with the most up-to-date information, and good communication is my number one goal with all of my clients and peers. In addition to being an agent I also own Southern Charm Home Staging, a company that helps sellers and their agents sell faster and for a higher dollar. As an accredited buyer’s representative, sometimes I can become a matchmaker for my buyer clients and a home I staged for another agent or seller… that’s a win-win-win!
