Hello! My name is Carol Schonleber.  I am originally from Orange County, California. Four years ago, my family and I relocated to Surf City, North Carolina due to my husband’s military career. As a military family we have experienced many moves and unexpected life changes. I understand how stressful moving can be and the importance of having a Realtor who will work diligently to represent you, especially during such a big season in life.  Prior to being a Real Estate Broker, I taught k-3rd grade special needs children in California. Through teaching I found I love to work with families, help them outline and set goals, and share my knowledge and expertise to help achieve positive outcomes. In my Real Estate, I apply these same tools and my passion for team work and successful transitions, to my clients Real Estate experiences.  I take pride in making sure their goals and expectations in buying or selling a home, are exceeded.
