Brad attended evening classes at Fairleigh-Dickinson University in NJ while working in NYC for R.W. Pressprich, a Wall St. Stock Exchange member. After graduating with a B.S. in Accounting he joined Haskins & Sells, a "Big 8" CPA firm now known as Deloitte and Touche.
In 1978 he obtained his first real estate license while working as a Corporate Controller. Nearly twenty years later he would transition from Corporate Controller and part-time Realtor into Real Estate.
In 1998 he joined Carteret Mortgage as a Branch Manager and was later promoted to Vice-President. Brad was able to combine his real estate and accounting skills into his duties as a Loan Officer and Branch Manager. He remained in that role until the banking industry collapse starting in 2008.
Brad then returned to real estate with an emphasis on marketing listings, short sales and investor properties. His vast real estate and mortgage experiences come into play when working with his Buyers.
