Blake Farm
Blake Farm is a master planned community that consist of 1300 acres and will offer a mixed use development that will consist of over 2,200 residential units when complete. Located off Hwy 17 and Sidbury Road across from Scotts Hill Loop Road in Pender County, Blake Farm phase one will soon start to take shape.
Development on projects this large will be in phases, part of the first project will be a rehabilitative senior center, 200 plus luxury apartments, 88 single family homes built by five different builders and a YMCA and events center. This unique development will offer walking and biking trails, a nature preserve and a community farm. In addition there will be over 50 acres of commercial space that will front both the main entrance on Hwy 17 and Sidbury Road.
